NEWBECCA sells all products from major manufacturers or suppliers in China, insisting on authenticity and accepting worry free after-sales service.

·Except for a few products such as perishable foods and personal underwear, all products purchased at NEWBECCA can be returned within 7 days.

Worry free return time, you can apply for a return within 15 days from the day the customer receives the product.

After submitting the return information and confirming the return request with the merchant's customer service, the customer should return all goods to the merchant. Merchants will refund the funds to the customer's original payment account through PayPal or credit card.

Quality issues caused by unauthorized changes to the product by the customer will not be returned;

The pictures and information of online products are for reference only. Due to differences in shooting lighting and color of different displays, there may be color differences between physical products and online promotional images. This is not a quality issue, therefore returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Due to differences between the customer's personal abilities or usage environment and product attributes, the customer will incorrectly report the reason for return and will not return the product;
